This was a really great gym. I had to cancel due to relocating. I wish they were closer to Dixonville. The staff was very nice. The main event for me was that they are open 24 hours. Small but comfortable which I loved more than some of the larger gyms. I used to go to Downtown fitness and the Y and they all feel so big. I like the coziness of this little neighborhood gym.

I’m in the Winston location at least 3 days a week and focus on lifting weights. The facilities are new enough, clean, and there is perhaps more equipment than the space can accommodate (more a positive than a negative in my mind, but it’s not a huge facility and can get packed during peak hours). Certain staff are a bit rough to deal with at times. I saw the woman who runs the senior fitness class yell at a patron using equipment in that room as though he were a child without any prior warning to him well before the start of that class. Going to a gym can be intimidating-but not this place. They're friendly, they've got everything you need, and it's so clean. Their rates are reasonable and the location is convenient for me. Very happy with this place!
