Marcus was amazing! I was certain I had fried my laptop's motherboard and came in desperate for a data recovery effort. Marcus took it in the back and within 5 minutes had it on and working fine! He even showed me how to fix it myself in the unfortunate event I repeat my mistake. I 100% would return here. Very friendly service to boot!
From dozens of computer repair experiences in my life, I’ll choose The Service Department every time from now on. What a pleasure, especially by comparison with The Geek Squad or the like, but as stand-alone encounters with a business, too! I had various questions, and their knowledge and interest in giving great, thorough explanations really impressed me - again, especially by comparison. The Service Dept in Wilsonville helped me transfer from an old computer to a new one flawlessly and went above & beyond assisting me with my scanner/printer troubles via phone. I would absolutely recommend The Service Dept.
