I really needed to get back into my house because of the cold weather, and I unfortunately ended up locking my keys in my car. I called Team Pro Lock , and they were so friendly and fast and responsive. They answered right away, and we're here in less than 20 min. They made a very stressful situation much better. I can't recommend them enough, and they are the greatest .
Mike was so happy to help, super efficient and communicated the whole way through! He literally saved my buildings security and my stress level from skyrocketing!!! He had all the parts he needed,was on site right when he said he would be, sent pictures and called for permission prior to continuing the work!!! I work with so many contractors in my line of work and Mike is by far one of the most delightful and professional men I've had the pleasure of hiring! Highly recommended!!
I had the rare opportunity to meet a real professional today. Team Pro Lock quickly responded to my call for help. Locksmith came and within minutes was able to open my apartment door. It turned a very frustrating situation, a locked apartment door, into an enjoyable experience. Qualities and the price was more than reasonable.
