We called Roto-rooters because we had a toilet clogged pipe. The dispatch team quickly sent out Steve to our home. This was a non-emergency and he showed up within an hour. He first listened to us and then went quickly to work to resolve our problem. Steve kept the area clean, informed us what he was going to do and when possible, gave us options and recommendations.
