Providence Medical Clinic - Wilsonville

This is a horrible ran facility in wilsonville. I finally had to leave and am very happy at the tualatin location. Ermita A I would definitely stay away from. She is not a good person or doctor and should not be practicing. Made my all ready tough situation much worse. The only dr I've ever had an issue with. The staff there was not much better unfortunately. Just not caring or sympathetic at all.

When I showed up for an appointment the lady at the front desk named Liz rudely told me to remember to bring a mask next time I visit, even though I asked for one and they provide them at all medical facilities. She didn't remind anyone else coming in and just offered them a mask. Then when I was trying to check in to my doctor, I told her I had an appointment at 245 and she snapped back at me and said "that means 240" when I was standing there at 242. Awesome doctor! Listened to me and made a plan to get me better. Definitely recommend.
