“We had to have our hardwood floors refinished about a year and a half ago. Western had a plumber come out to remove the toilet before the repairs.I decided to get a new tall toilet with super flush. They brought out the new one, gave me a great price for the toilet and installation and took away the old toilet.Very prompt and reasonable service.I am calling tomorrow to have a hot water recycling pump installed. I could do it but the boss said no. She wanted someone younger than 70 doing the work.“

“Based on the other reviews you could say I took a risk and I’m glad I did. I hired Mark last October to do an easy modification. It is clear when communicating with him that he has a full schedule. And I’m ok with that and it’s something you have to understand and respect. I’m not sure the other reviewers understand that.<br>The job he did in October went well and I hired him again recently for another small job. He did everything he could to service me just hours before catching a flight to go on vacation. This was after he finished up a job at an apartment complex that had 30 units without water.
