I went in with severe tension in my traps and neck from what I believed to be due to years of stress. This was my first massage and after my time with Christian I’ve been feeling immense relief from my problem zones but also relief in my back from areas that I didn’t even know were tight. 10/10 would recommend!
When I went in to Iron Hands Sports & Wellness for the first time today, I could not step on my left foot, my back and all is connected to it wasn’t allow me to walk properly. After 90 minutes massage and cupping with Joshua, I’ve received the best pain relief I ever had! It was an amazing session, with very professional massaging and cupping. I felt like I was reborn! . Coming home my son said you look different, like slept and just woke up. I had such a relaxing and beneficial therapy. Josh took the time to hear all my concerns then got to work. He was very patient with my body as it spasmed and then went back to work. I trust any of Iron Hands therpists, Josh I will be back.
