“I'm sorry for the lady who wasn't able to get an appt as a walk-in, but I'm not sure what she was expecting. This is a VERY busy salon with limited staff, so it's not surprising that they didn't have an opening. As for Julie being "surly" you might have caught her at a bad time or maybe that was your perception when you didn't get what you wanted.I have been going to Julie for over 20 years and she always does a fabulous job on my hair and is a very loving and giving person. “This place is amazing. I have fine hair and made an appointment to color my hair. Tyler took her time to ask what I wanted and provide her expert opinion. The results were amazing and what is was looking for. As we were talking she advised me on hair extensions and explained how to maintain them. I was hesitant to get extensions since I was worried it would damage my hair. It is absolutely not the case and for someone that doesn’t take much time in the morning to get ready, the additional care that is needed is minimal. I got one row and it was enough to make a huge difference in terms of how my hair looks. She did such a good job making sure the color matches and it looks natural. People in my surroundings said my hair looked different, but nobody thought i had extensions.Since I never really used to style my hair, I didn’t know how to curl my hair. I went back in and Tyler was so nice to teach me how to best curl my hair. She is simply amazing and I am so happy with the results. If you ever want to try extensions for the first time, she is the best choice to guarantee the best results!“
“I can absolutely recommend an appointment with Jordyn Sandstrom. She is experienced, has a high attention to detail, and provides useful input while cutting, making the experience very smooth. I was surprised by the hot neck shave and the washing after the haircut.Although not really necessary, drinks of some could be offered, like water or tea.“
