Our consultant was very nice and did a good job presenting his material. The issue is that we requested an estimate and what we received was a sales presentation and while we were given a verbal estimate, we were told that Empire does not provide written estimates. The other frustration was that the salesman brought in 3 sets of samples that each had 6 colors to choose from. We eliminated 2 of the sets since it wasn't the style of carpet we desired. We chose the best color out of the choices, but when we asked if there were more choices or even more styles to choose from we were told no other choices were available. Armando was our installer and replaced our old carpet with the new with such efficiency. He is a true craftsman of his trade. The carpet we selected looks wonderful and has brightened our living room sufficiently. Thank you Empire Today!
Made a great connection with the sales gal who came out and the crew (of 3) who came to install were friendly, and hardworking. They did a great job for the most part, but I there are visible gaps in all three of my hallway closets. When I attempted to resolve this issue, they gave me some suggestions I could do, and apologized said they could do nothing.
When they came to install, they attempted to remove kitchen and dining room floor, but noticed it was causing damage to subfloor and gave me two options.
