I highly recommend Cornerstone Calisthenics. The team there is super professional and they have created a workout program that is very specific to me and my needs. They have already helped me enormously in the brief time I've been working with them. Can't say enough good things about their program and how thorough it is!
Have had patella tendenopothy for over 2 years. Had double knee surgery to try and repair my tendons but wasn’t completely successful. Ended up once again playing my senior year through pain but had to get shut down due to the pain flaring back up. Enrolled here at cornerstone and am feeling the best i’ve ever felt. Able to squat, lunge, and more with no pain which I haven’t done in over two years!
Bret and Megan have created the perfect gym. They have made it so that there are no barriers to entry no matter what your fitness level or your goals might be.For me, the personalized plan and coaching have been the key in moving me towards my goals. And they are great at encouraging.
