I have been so impressed with my workouts since being on quarantine. To be honest, I wasn’t sure how it would really work and I don’t like change. I didn’t want to leave the gym, my friends and not having Bret and Megan coaching me through it. I will have to say, Bret put in so many long hours to get an at home program that was modified for us. He put together video examples of the different workouts that we can play to see how to do a specific type. I still kept my class I have signed up for. I’m in the small group on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30. Through Zoom, we are virtually all together with Bret or Megan coaching our workout for the night. I still get to see my friends and I feel like I get a good hard workout that is modified to what I have at home. Exceeds my expectations and for now, until we can go back to the gym, I am grateful for the commitment to excellence that Bret and Megan put into this amazing gym and to their clients overall physical needs.
Bret and Megan have created an awesome workout community at CCG. They have added the remote workout routine during the stay at home order. It works with very little equipment and kicks your booty! If your looking for something while you’re stuck at home give them a call. It’s fun and you’ll feel good doing it.
With all that is going on I can say how blessed I am to be a part of Cornerstone Calisthenics Gym. I have maintained my workout with online coaching and staying connected with my small group. Nothing better than keeping fit during this time being quarantined. ❤💪😊
