Having to have emergency crawlspace repair is not fun for anyone, but everyone from Better Basements was fantastic to work with. Michael assured me that doing a new drainage solution was all that was needed and did not try to push encapsulation like other companies that i got quotes from. They also had the most fair price including all new insulation installation. Fernando and his team did a great job with the install. They worked efficiently, were careful of the inside spaces of our house and cleaned up each day. I would encourage anyone needing crawlspace work done to get a bid from Better Basements.
Still in a bit of shock at how badly we were treated by Portland Millwork. 15 weeks ago we placed a custom door order with Andrew with the help of our architect and were told it would take 11 weeks. Called 3 days ago to check on the order and have spend everyday since calling and never getting a call back. I literally begged the woman on the phone to have Don, the sales manager call me and still nothing from them. They eventually called our contractor (who had nothing to do with placing the original order) and told him that they never placed the order. No call to us. No apology, no effort to make it right by us. Mistakes happen, but to not take any responsibility and in fact hide from a tough conversation is unacceptable.
UPDATED—after I posted the review, Don did reach out to apologize and to facilitate a reorder that was expedited by a few weeks and was discounted by a bit. The rest of the process proceeded without a snag. The door is of beautiful quality.

TLC Nails is the best! I've been coming here for 5 years now, and it's my favorite pedicure spot ever. They are so kind and friendly, and the pricing is really good. The massage is GREAT, and everyone does such a good job. I definitely recommend the deluxe pedicure. I take all my friends and family here too because it's so relaxing and honestly, I'd come every week if my schedule allowed it :) I have been to a lot of nail salons over the last 20 years, but they really are my favorite :)
This place is incredible! My Fiancé gets her nails done here every week and I have stopped in to get pedicures with her a few times. Makes a good date to get away. The pedicure includes a massage with hot stones and a jelly massage too. Highly recommend!
I came with my granddaughter. We both had pedicures, and she had a manicure with acrylic nails. It was a nice experience overall, and we both liked the outcomes. I haven't been to a nail salon in years. The pricing book was a bit confusing. My only suggestion is to have a form you can fill out with what you want and the total cost upfront, before you start, as the nail technician keeps asking if you want to add on another product during the pedicures, and different polishes have different prices; this can be confusing and expensive. Like I said, nice experience overall.
Even though my I prefer my wife with her natural hair, Mrs. King always does wonders when it comes to keeping my wife happy about her hair choices. I don't know enough about women's hair to go into details but it's obvious based on results for my wife and her website that she knows her stuff and is incredibly professional. I've also paid for her to do my daughter's hair, and my daughter loved it.
I have had sparse eyebrows for years and had to draw them on every day with an eyebrow pencil. I have been putting off having my eyebrows done permanently because I was a little afraid to get it done, spent lots of time looking at other reviews, deciding what type to do (micro blade, tattoo or powder brow) and just generally dragged my feet. I am SO HAPPY I finally got my eyebrows done with the powder brow tattoo method. I booked the appointment and just decided to go for it. I'm so happy I did.
Erica was amazing! She was sensitive to what I wanted for my brow design and it was a great experience. I am so happy to wake up every day with brows! I'm an avid pickleball player and I don't have to worry about my brows coming off when I sweat and wipe my brow. LOL!

The electrician Josh was in particular extremely knowledgeable, helpful , and personable to work with. When all my outlets stopped working and resetting the circuit breaker didn’t work. Josh was able to resolve my issue the day I called and in a matter of minutes. They also talked me through next steps so I could fix the issue on my own if it occurred again. Highly recommend using their services if the need ever arises and you happen to be in their service area.

I hired Rose City Contractors to do an emergency asbestos abatement in my kitchen after asbestos flooring was exposed underneath plywood (and several layers above it that had previously tested clear). These guys were so well vouched for that another team of contractors who couldn't make this happen on such short notice actually called Jeff at Rose City to help me out. I had previously been quoted by other companies almost double the price that Jeff offered - it was an emergency and he found a way to pull some employees over DAY OF which no doubt took some string pulling. The team were professional, reassuring and efficient. They hired a third party (Atlas Labs) to test the air quality afterward for my peace of mind. So so appreciate this team.
I highly recommend prograss for lawn and tree and shrub treatments. They also prune Japanese maples better than anybody I’ve ever seen prune maples. They are a good company been around for a long time and our own local nursery men embedded in the community. They offer a variety of other services as well, such as weekly maintenance and any landscape construction needs.

Very family friendly. Had our very first visit today and for a 23 month old I wasn't expecting a teeth cleaning so I can't comment on that part, but the staff was very kiddo friendly and really did everything they could to make my daughter as comfortable as possible! I was worried my daughter would be too uncomfortable to even sit in the chair but they really do everything they can to make kiddos comfy and fun stuff for them to play with and take home. Definitely recommend if you're worried about your kiddo being comfortable. The rooms are incredible, too.
I have been going to Brock for over 15 years and have always had the best care here! He invests in technology that makes crowns more convenient by 3D printing them on site. No more loose temporary ones and having to come back for another appointment. It’s the simple things like using warm water to rinse that makes your session so comfortable. I’ve recently been seen by Dr Jessica Rice as well, and she is equally amazing! Can’t say enough about the excellent care here! I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, so finally finding someone I trust is a win!

Wyatt, the PT, is great. He's warm and caring. The three of them together make me feel like I'm completely cared for and looked after. They have a warm, welcoming, helpful staff that I enjoy chatting with. I recommend them highly to everyone.

Dr. Z gave me a 4 week adjustment treatment that did more for me than 5+ years of my old chiropractor could ever come close to accomplish. I reccomended Dr. Z hands down over any chiropractor and is the most community driven healer. He heals the body fast and grows based on his recommendations as his clients walk out pain free after a few visits and rave about their pain free body to their friends, rather than checkups multiple times a year after the same issue like most chiropractors, being only pain free after each visit! Not Dr. Z, he will set you up to where you don't need him every week!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I bring all of my pets here and I will never go anywhere else. Their lever of service and care is top tier. All of the staff and doctors are patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I am always able to call in with a concern and get information from a technician or the veterinarian themselves if available. They are also open Saturdays and have a doctor on call after hours and on Sundays. I love that I can always get a hold of someone if needed. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Lopate provides excellent reproductive care. I came to her scared after being up all night at the emergency vet and after receiving a grim diagnosis that didn’t make sense. Dr. Lopate promptly determined the real issue and treated my girl who recovered wonderfully. She took the time to answer my many questions and I felt respected and empowered to make my own decisions without being pushed.
