When I called to see if I was going to have to turn back, the lady on the phone was amazing and the doctor made room for me as well. I was shocked I’m telling you, shocked! And very very happy.“

They treat you as a person, and they want to get to know the real person that you are. The counselors are amazing, the the supervisors are outstanding the nursing staff. Is top-notch and they would do everything that they can to make sure that you are safely medicated and taken care of thoroughly.I am so grateful for this clinic. And everything that they have done for me and my family.Not onot only have they've been there during difficult hard timesAnd they always. Always and I stress always will check on you to make sure that you are okay and if you need anything. “I have never been to siskiyou community health center before but was told to go there for urgent care to treat some severe migraines ive been having and was unable to get into my neurologist. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice gentlemen by the name of Daniel Freitas. I cannot explain how awesome this gentlemen was he was very quick to help me and make me feel right at home.. I got in very quick which was a big relief.. Since I have been unable to get into my current physician for some time and have no calls back from them i was relieved to be able to find a new doctor at their facility. I also watched him interact with a guy who came in for help that was at first very distraught due to being in pain, and was amazed at how well he handled the situation. “Nov 9, 2023 I went through the ER and was admitted. Spent 4 days in this hospital and I can't say enough nice things. EVERYONE was super nice, helpful and informative. My doctors were Great. So attentive and listened to me. The ER doctor and nurses were fantastic. I was seen right away and tests started. I didn't realize I was that sick but they did. THANKS to everyone who took care of me. I'm just fine now because of all of them“

“I was admitted to the ER for the first 4 hours, Sarah a traveling nurse really made me feel at ease, then I was moved to emergency surgery to remove many clotts in my lungs. The surgeon and his staff came in from home to help me. The surgery took about 35 minutes after that I was transferred to ICU. The staff is top notch they really took care of me. Tim, Carlos and Monica really made my stay very pleasant. They are great!! My last night I was transferred to the 3rd floor and the staff was great there as well. Maple, Savanah, Bert and Fred all did a fine job. Dr. Said was a outstanding bedside doctor. Thank you very much for the outstanding service everyone gave.“
