“If you want a quality and refined product upon completion then you want to choose All American Trade Work. Their prices are extremely competitive without compromising quality. My neighbor's house was painted a month prior to mine by a different company (one that I also received a quote from) so I have the unique opportunity to directly compare All American Trade Work against one of their local competitors. The quoted price for the job was nearly identical but the difference in work was not. While the other company did do a good job on my neighbor's home the work is just not as refined as the work done by All American Trade Work. From clean transition lines to a highly detailed contract everything is top notch. While this may seem trivial this attention to detail really makes a difference in the final outcome and the process overall. I also chose All American Trade Work because of their contract. A clear understanding of what is to be done is extremely important in managing expectations. Their contract detailed and itemized everything that was to be done as well as what is included in their warranty coverage. Their competitor's contract spelled out few details in their documentation with no written mention of warranty coverage and most of the details surrounding what was to be done were only verbally discussed and not in writing. Again polished, professional and detailed. Near the end of the project Steven did a fantastic job ensuring that everything was completed to my satisfaction while also identifying and touching up areas that were not up to his standards....areas that I didn't even notice (shout out to Steven!). Darren and crew did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to to recommend their services to anyone! You won't be disappointed.“

The job took much longer than expected, yet it was completed for the original price quote. Phil answered, asked some questions and offered a solution that actually took business away from him by pointing out roof still under warranty n I should reach out to builder. I mean who does that?
