In the two years I've been doing aikido at this dojo I feel it's helped me to become a better person. Not only does it help strengthen my physical abilities but the areas I've noticed the most improvement is focus, commitment, and achieving calmness in everyday life. I saw an increase in my test scores at school, my ability to handle difficult social situations, and better sleep at night. I always feel energized and peaceful after every class. I've found an awesome and positive community in the people there and I'm so grateful for the friends I've made along with it. My son and daughter have been attending the West Linn since early 2019. Sensei Ward has been a great role model for our children in teaching them discipline as well as the art of Aikido. Couldn't be happier.
