First time visit for this Yoga class I was welcomed with smiles and a beautiful vibe. Good stretching routine that wasn't too strenuous. Jerome is a very good and caring instructor. I went to a second class and had the same positive experience. Wonderful overall attention to stretching out the muscles at your own comfort level and ability. This is exactly the type of class and instructions I was looking for.
Amanda is a wonderful massage therapist. My massage treatments are always relaxing yet therapeutic. Everyone who works at WLWM is friendly and helpful. I will definitely by a regular customer.
Great vibe, atmospheres, and instructor. He makes it feel soooo homey and welcoming. I’m still new to yoga, so he makes sure to go slow and offer alternatives. Would 10000% recommend.
