I decided to get lip injections for my 18th birthday. I was very nervous at first, because I had heard so much about how painful or uncomfortable the procedure is, and I absolutely hate needles. I went into PSA the day before my appointment to meet the lady who was going to do the injections--- she was very informative and helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was told to apply the numbing cream an hour in advance to my procedure, and the cream started working almost immediately. It was a very weird feeling, but I re-applied the cream every 15 minutes until my appointment. The procedure itself wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. It did not feel good, but I did not expect it to. It was more a little bit of discomfort because you can feel the needle move, but it was certainly bearable. I started out by getting 1/2 syringe, mostly in my upper lip, and I loved the results. My family and friends were worried about them looking unnatural, and I got to say "I told you so" because they all thought they looked great. I will likely come back in to get another 1/2 syringe, or maybe even a full one, because I really loved the results. I would definitely recommend going to PSA for lip injections. I had a great experience and will definitely be back in :)

I had my 1st ever Fraxel treatment here and could not have been happier! The staff here is friendly, professional and most important highly skilled and passionate about improving your skin. Well stocked with a variety of results oriented products as well. All reasonably priced. Fraxel can be a bit painful , but Debbie took her time, explaining the whole process in detail and keeping me comfortable the entire time. I had only a few hours of downtime. She sent me home with instructions and product samples to speed the healing process (no pressure to buy). Best of all my skin looked beautiful 3 days post treatment and continues to improve - its younger looking/tighter, more refined, brighter and my pores look smaller. Thank you PSA!
