5 Stars for James! I went to Parkrose Hardware in West Linn to get help with a project I was working on. I was so pleased James was available to assist. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond finding what I needed. He actually demonstrated how to use the products and provided good advice on how to achieve the results I was looking for. Incredible customer service!

This place helped us a lot with renting equipment, when we had already searched in other places this was our last hope and surprise. Their team was very friendly and we found what we were looking for.

I love shopping my neighborhood store and I go there at least every other day. But it’s not that there are deals to be had, it’s more because of the staff that have been so helpful. Like any business, people come and go. It’s really hard to see my favorites like Lincoln and Nolan go. Very kind and helpful young men that offer exceptional customer service. I wish them the best of luck and hope Parkrose will beable to find more people of this caliber. But the main person I will absolutely NOT beable to live without is Raechel. She is not only able to help me in the garden department but also throughout the store. I spend so much more time and money there due to her... read full review
