“First, my daughter is enjoying her new central AC. Short wait time, on time and friendly technicians. Next, my son’s AC went out and you repaired it within a few days with 100 degree temps outside. A few days after that, you serviced my AC. Great communication and on time with all appointments. All three families were delighted with your company. “I contacted Noble Heating & Air to get a second opinion on my furnace repair. They responded promptly and were able to come out within 24 hours to give a free inspection and and estimate for the repair. The first company I had contacted charged $185 to let me know what, in their opinion was wrong with the furnace. They then gave me an estimate of nearly $3000 for the repair, indicating that three components needed replacement. They had spent maybe 5 to 10 minutes, testing one of the components. At that price point, I decided to get a second opinion. Tim from Noble heating came out and spent approximately 30 minutes testing various aspects of the furnace. He reported that only one of the components was not working properly and I was given a new estimate of over $1000 less than the original one from the other company. Tim was able to come out the following morning, make the repair and had my furnace up and running. I am appreciative of Noble’s quick response, honest expertise, and mechanical skills by repairmanTim. Noble is a small company that understand it’s customers, and treats them like neighbors and family.“

“I have a string of positive experiences to refer to in recommending First Call. The most recent was installation of a heat pump, coil, and whole house air filter. Our initial consultant, Steve always remembers us, listens and gives us an honest apprisal of choices to fit our need. He also coordinated an electric crew to work in conjunction with the job we had. We care for several homes and he remembers all of them. This time, Dustin G coordinated a crew through a challenging installation that took two days. He was focused,competent and a good communicator. The main reason I chose Climate Control was because of Sal. He was very patient and kind as he explained the various options for me.
