Optician began working on it right away and reached out with questions about my prescription. I received my mask exactly when they estimated it would be ready. Very happy with the result and with the responsiveness of their customer service. Would especially recommend them if you need a mask with a tight turnaround time.

They were helpful on the phone but unfortunately the sunglasses did not work out for me. They make a big deal on their web site about having free shipping, but their return policy description is misleading. I knew I would have to pay return shipping, but they actually deducted the "free" shipping from my refund. Not too happy about that. Anyway, the refund was issued fairly promptly.Also, someone there told me that the distortion I was seeing through the lens must be a smudge. I doubt I will order from them again.

Oh my gosh.. they had my prescription that I needed to go swimming in the ocean.. which is -9.. I was so stoked.. my vacation was grand because I could see under water.. now to bring my family in to get their goggles..
