Ordered prescription scuba mask online. Site was easy to use, and got an immediate response confirming my order. Optician began working on it right away and reached out with questions about my prescription. I received my mask exactly when they estimated it would be ready. Very happy with the result and with the responsiveness of their customer service. Would especially recommend them if you need a mask with a tight turnaround time.

Oh my gosh.. they had my prescription that I needed to go swimming in the ocean.. which is -9.. I was so stoked.. my vacation was grand because I could see under water.. now to bring my family in to get their goggles..

I ordered prescription swim goggles from the website but when I received them, I found that the fit was off, it felt like they were sitting right on top of my eyeball--very uncomfortable. I called the company, and they said that I could send the goggles back and that they could send me a slightly different model at no additional cost. The new ones arrived a week or so ago and they seem perfect.
