Osburn Olson Excavating dug my foundation and hooked up my utilities for a new build in Astoria, OR. Their excavator driver Matt was professional and was able to provide input which directly contributed to the success of our house build. He gave me his opinion on how high I should build my foundation taking into consideration road height and steps into and out of the house from the garage.
