“Update: This all started with an inappropriate installation of a complete HVAC system by another Hermiston HVAC contractor who didn't show much interest in making the needed corrections. Jeremy evaluated the system, identified the deficiencies, and designed a remediation. The install crew came twice, as needed, and installed Jeremy's changes. I can't say enough good about all of them. Bruce HVAC has been great to work with all around! And I want to be sure and give credit to all involved: Jeremy Kennedy, Technician Reynaldo, and Installers Kobe and Tyler. Jeremy in particular put a lot of thought into getting this mess straightened out. They will be my go-to people for HVAC in Hermiston.“

“We were extremely happy with our experience! We put in a request and received a call within a few hours to schedule our appointment. They originally offered an appointment 5 days out; but when we requested an earlier appointment, due to having no heat, they scheduled us the next day early in the morning. He was here promptly & he fixed our system quickly. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the equipment to fix it.
