“We hired Remodeling by Classic Homes based on my son's recommendation as this company had remodeled their kitchen and they were very happy with the results.Our project was fairly small in that we wanted to replace our existing vinyl floors with tile in 2 bathrooms. We met with Claire and she assisted us with choosing our new flooring materials and set up a work timeline for the project. Leland came right out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote & got right to work as soon as we accepted it. We live on the Oregon coast so he kept in constant contact with us with schedule updates, work dates & such. Roof was completed in the allotted time frame (even with some unforeseen problem spots), within the budget plus extra adds we approved (again, due to the unforeseen issues) and love how it turned out! Leland has an incredible of knowledge of what he is doing & has a great crew to get the job done. “We have rentals and our own home. One of the rentals needed practically everything. They replaced the siding from LP to concrete plank. Replaced a fence, refinished oak kitchen and all rooms. Repaired dry wall and painted all of the inside. The outside too after the new siding. There are numerous jobs they performed throughout the years.
