Every visit to Vista Opticial (Tualatin) location has been great. I've recently relocated my job, so I'm not as close but I'm still making them my location with my eye Care. I believe the extra travel time is worth great service and care.
My first eye exam (in 2024) with Dr. Czupryk she noted an eye defect which my previous eye care provider (in 2022) didn't mention it to me. Dr. Czupryk informed me with this information it could have been something relating back to my childhood. She let me know our next exam she'll be monitoring to see if it's changed.

Over the years whenever I manage to get my eyeglasses out of whack, I always come here to their Tualatin office. Every time, someone immediately welcomes me, and tightens screws or adjusts whatever needs to be done. I like doing business with people who are friendly, like their job and always do it great. I am a very happy customer.
The customer service here it’s outstanding. I was not sure what frame to choose and the employee April went above and beyond by coming out from the counter to help and suggest a new pair for me. I highly recommend this office for your next appointment and frames. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees and very clean atmosphere.
