My friend referred me to Visionworks, best decision ever! Staff was extremely helpful and ever attentive. They took my vision needs very seriously and didn't try to up sell anything. I'll definitely pass it forward in referring Visionworks to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience at Tualatin Visionworks, especially because of Chelsea Evans, general manager. She went above and beyond to explain my options/savings for my prescription and frames. To be honest, I’d had a rough day before my appointment, and her kindness and thoughtfulness made my day.

This is the second time that i have used Visionworks for glasses and the first time i have had an eye exam at Visionworks. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. First, the exam was complete and done quickly. The optometrist was very nice and approachable. I was given my prescription and could have gone elsewhere for glasses, but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase through Visionworks. The selection of frames was phenomenal and i was comfortable with the pair that I chose- sassy but not too trendy. I love that they offer discounts and promotions. I ended up spending far less than I have in the past. I will certainly continue with Visionworks.
