The technician called two hours before the appointment. When he found out he would have to access the unit via a lockbox, he said he couldn't do the service - company policy. Note - Sears did repairs in February using the lockbox. I requested a reschedule of the appointment - he said he would call it in. He never did. Two and a half hours later he arrived at my home and on my security cameras - he took a picture of the front door and left. He processed the paperwork showing a no-show by the homeowner but processed the call as completed along with a charge for labor!

I don't think you want this review. Your tech came here and refused to even touch my washing machine, as it did not have the model #. No one asked us before the visit. Even though he did not touch the machine, he wanted to be paid, which we refused. It made no sense. He talked to someone over the phone, and he said we will collect it, in a daring way. A few minutes later, I receive an email from your Company that as our washing machine was in an inaccessible place he was afraid to move it.
