The sales person Alvin was truly awesome, The team that installed my windows was also amazing, they took out all of our old windows (12), installed the new ones and framed them all In One day. BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you so much, we will definently be calling you again for future services Elliott's

Let me start with what I liked about Sears. The sales associate Desiree that originally sold us our windows. She is awesome and she cares! Now to the bad. COMMUNICATION is key to a good service. Sears has no communication with it's customers during the entire process. If the contractor can't come out, they wont tell you. You will make time out of your day for nobody to show up and no reason why. Then you call them, hoping you have the number to a real person, you don't. They'll call you back a few DAYS later with an excuse. This cat and mouse game will go on for MONTHS. It took 6 months to get my windows installed! I contacted Sears to get a quote on some windows replaced in my home. The salesman wa amazing. He was very helpful, especially when he told me the price. But he gave me options and we worked on it untill we figured out something that met my needs and budget, and helped me get finaning. That was when the trouble set in. Sears went in and fired all of their project cordnators, without any word to me the customer. After finally being told what happened from the salesman, it took a month after i was suppose to already have my windows installed before i heard from anyone about my job.
