My mom and I have been clients of reynolds for years with 2 labs. Ted was a regular for many years for day care (which he always had a GREAT time at) and sadly when he passed a year ago Reynolds sent us flowers to mourn the loss of our precious baby. A few months later we brought Benny home and he just got back from his first overnight there and as expected he had a fabulous time. We don’t trust anyone but reynolds with our dogs and we will continue to have Benny play there as much as he wants because of how great of a day care/boarding facility they run. Highly reccomend!
I brought June in today for a look around and complimentary play for the day. I was on first impression greeted with friendly smiles and really appreciate how clean the resort is. June was a bit nervous (her first daycare experience) but the staff knew just how to set a relaxed tone and she was all smiles and wags before I left her! She played with two big dogs while I got a short in prompt tour of the Resort! I really enjoyed meeting everyone there! Especially, ANisa, The really sweet girl who returned June to me at the end of the day. She gave me a full report of how things went and really treated June like her own pup. We love boarding our mini aussie and boston terrier here whenever we go on trips. The service is great and our pups get super excited when they get in the door and it’s like a vacation for them where they get showered with pets, treats, and playtime with other dogs. It’s also great that Reynolds posts daily update videos on their Facebook to show us how much fun our pups are having.
