I had a troubling experience with a large HGVC company which shut down my furnace with only a 1 pmm HO response and tried to upsale me with relocating my furnace at a huge expense.
When Fredy visited and honestly and competently assessed my furnace, it was obvious I had been upsaled with an attempt to frighten me as a senior to make unnecessary extensive relocations and improvements at a huge and unnecessary expense.
Fredy did not even charge me for his valued input. It is wonderful to find that there are still decent and honest professionals out there!!!!
