Very bad, very bad service! I mention Mrs. Rocio! Let her not forget that customer service is essential for a workplace that offers these services. When we go to a place like this, as a customer, we only want fair treatment, and that is why we are supposed to make an appointment by phone before arriving. However, Mrs. Rocio makes you wait and passes not only one customer in front of you, but two before you, and when you approach and ask about your turn, she tells you that the others had an appointment when my appointment was much earlier than the two people before me, to be exact, almost two hours, and instead of offering an apology for her attention, she still gets upset?...read full review

I had a great time! The owner is super personable and laid back. Had a great chat while I got a great cut! Great prices too. Will for sure be going back to support a small, family owned, Latinx women owned business!

So do you guys really charge $45 for a kids cut or were you just ripping me off? The Barbers charges $23, Cookie Cutters charges $28, and you guys charge $45 for what?! Definitely not the atmosphere! This place is NOT upscale, and you get to listen to kids running around and screaming. There was a reason this place was the only place in Tualatin that had time for a walk-in kids cut today— what a joke.What an unprofessional response from an unprofessional owner. Not surprised though, I can tell what kind of person you are by looking at your other responses to people’s reviews.
