I sent out a request for a quote from 4 businesses and only got 1 reply back and that was from John at Phoenix. After I described what was going on he advised me to double check a connection and sure enough that's were my problem was. He didn't come out, didn't make any money off of me but yet he took the time to try and help me out on the phone and thus saved me a good $80 or more.
