Had a front tooth removal and a bone graft, making way for a new implant in a few months. Dr. Hale was brilliant! He is the best shot giver I am sure I've ever had and me being 72 years old, I've had a lot of shots in my time. The whole process was just perfect. Dr. Hale even sang along with some of the background music racks which was a pleasure to listen to for two hours. The music was right up my alley. Trourdale Dental is just a great environment. Everyone there feels like family. Thank you Troutdale Dental for making an old man feel comfortable.
Such friendly office staff. As always Dawn and Dr. Hale were thorough and professional. Dr. Hale had the opportunity to recommend treatment due to my questions about replacing fillings for cosmetic reasons only. He told me what he would recommend for his own mom instead of what would make money for the office. I trust him totally. Dawn is always gentle and informative about her findings.
And as a retired dental hygienist myself I have high standards.
My experience includes "all-on-four" dental implants. From the initial encounter to just recently undergoing the procedure I have been totally impressed with the entire staff. Dr. Hale performed a very comprehensive assessment for my personal needs using all state of the art equipment . He provided a thorough explanation of what the procedure would entail. I felt that I was in very good hands through the procedure and look forward to continued support through the final implant delivery.
