I had an appointment scheduled for 11:20 a.m., and by 12:00 p.m. I had to ask whether I was next. I was told that I was, but after waiting an additional 10 minutes, another patient approached the front desk to ask when she would be called, as she had also been waiting for nearly an hour.
At that point, I was unable to continue waiting and decided to leave.
In hindsight, I should have anticipated this experience based on the difficulty I had when trying to schedule the appointment. It was challenging to reach someone, and when I did, the interactions were not particularly courteous.

Dr. Daskalos is the most genuine and caring doctor I’ve ever met. He truly has such a good heart. Brilliant doctor who has for sure saved my life at least once. Probably a lot more. He doesn’t give up when a diagnosis gets hard, and he doesn’t blame everything on my weight or just on being a women as I have had happen so many times before with prior doctors. His staff are so kind and smart! You won’t find better.
i hace never had the doctor ever be on time for appointment like today my appointment was at noon , finally got tsken back at 12:30 and the assistant told me doc was running behind and it will be 30 more mins . so they expe t you to wait an hour after set appointment to be seen .... also never get a summary of doc visit until a week or two after tbe appointment . So those thungs reallly suck and doc seems to like to just chsrge up visits with labs over and over again without referring you ir vetting ti the point of the issue . so pretty frustrating as a patient to be nickle and dimed every visit
However this was only place witb my ins that was acceoting new patients
