We had our 9-year old undersized 2-ton a/c unit that was leaking replaced. Since our furnace was 22 years old, we made the decision to replace that too. We went with a right-sized 2.5 ton air conditioner and new furnace, both of which were installed the same day. Ray and Billy arrived on time and completed the install a bit ahead of schedule. They treated our home respectfully and kept me informed every step of the way. We were pleased about the Apollo process and customer service all the way through from initial quote to final install. Apollo wasn’t the first company I called, but they’ll be the company I call from now on!
Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, personable, and polite! Zander and Ty came out to look at my heating and air units and showed me specifically what needed attention. Ty provided service and Zander priced out the full job. Keller and Kolby came out a couple of weeks later and replaced the air conditioner. They did a great job and really went above and beyond to make everything look great! Gary and his assistant (can't recall his name!) were out the day after to replace the water heater. Again, they were very efficient, so nice, and thorough. Thanks to you all! Apollo is now our go-to company!!
Mike Triptow was at my residence today based on a work order from my property management company. He was polite, communicative, thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. He replaced my toilet and took care of a mixer tap in my tub as well as a hot water leak below my kitchen sink in the crawlspace. I would highly recommend. 5 stars.
