Under new management and they've changed so many things! The place is so clean, new machines, friendly staff. Sounds like a couple months back it was really rough with previous management and staff. But I can say that's definitely not the case anymore. Keep doing what your doing new management ?

I enjoy this gym a lot with their friendly staff and 24 hour service however, I feel as though they need to work on their maintenance within the gym. Is there a team member that keeps up with that?

I signed up for their private training and I enjoy Betsey, Jade and Cole's training and advice. They may have a small gym compared to others, but you can accomplish what you need with the free weights and the equipment that they do have. I feel the gym is clean (for a gym) and the staff is friendly. It's a perfect location and not too busy, I am glad it is not a (social gym) like a lot of them are. I have never had to call them so I can't say anything about how long it takes for them to respond. But there is always someone there when I go around 130p during the week. I will continue to go there and be happy with them.
