I have ordered flowers 3 times now. The first arrangement was pretty but not what they had advertised or what I thought I was buying. I emailed them and they explained that they don't always have the same flowers in stock. I could understand that. They offered to go pick up the arrangement and deliver a new one but I told them that it was fine. I appreciate that they were trying to fix my personal issue. Since they worked so well with me and we're so accommodating I ordered a second time. Visited with a friend, she had a great time and found some great finds. I didn't find anything I needed but I enjoyed the experience and saw plenty of neat things. Prices were reasonable for being in a tourist hot-spot. Staff were very friendly.

The ladies at Sunflower Flats are hands down amazing! They have done so many BEAUTIFUL arrangements for me over the years! They also do a yearly petal it forward where they pass out flowers to individuals in the community!
