Haltiner Heating & Sheet Metal and Tillamook Fireplace Center

I had Nathan from Haltiner Tillamook Fireplace replace my pilot light assembly. He did a great job and also got my Fire Genie remote working.
Great to see such good response from a local merchant.

Responsive, professional, super friendly and fixed my leaking stove pipe issue! The original company that installed my wood stove never returned my calls/emails, so I reached out to Haltiner for an estimate. Immediate response same day and follow-up to drop by 2 business days later. Rick came by to do the estimate, but did a quick fix while he was up on the ladder instead of my having to wait for another visit. Woo hoo! He also diagnosed possible reasons for the leaks which were very helpful and informative. Dealing with both Heidi and Rick was awesome and how every business should operate! Thx!!!

Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays, but Haltiner heating Is the best! Four years ago, they installed a propain stove heater for me. The customer service was so excellent that when I was ready to install a ductless heater I called them. I didn't even get any other bids. I'm sure I could have saved a few bucks, but I'd rather pay a little more and know they will be here for me if there is any follow up needed. I definitely would recommend this company.
