For example, Josh proactively pointed out to us that one of the standard railing frames (from the manufacturer) wasn't fitting seamlessly with the other railing and that he would be replacing it to ensure the overall aesthetics of the deck were up to his standards. Josh kept us up to date and communicated the status of the project as it progressed which was much appreciated.
