We had to have our hardwood floors refinished about a year and a half ago. Western had a plumber come out to remove the toilet before the repairs.I decided to get a new tall toilet with super flush. They brought out the new one, gave me a great price for the toilet and installation and took away the old toilet.Very prompt and reasonable service.I am calling tomorrow to have a hot water recycling pump installed. I could do it but the boss said no. She wanted someone younger than 70 doing the work.

Needed a faucet and filtration system installed. They were out the next day despite this not even being a rush job. Earl called to let me know he was on his way - which I always appreciate. Very friendly, professional, great attention to detail and cleanliness. He also noticed the sink top wasn't caulked (my husband loves to leave things undone ;) and offered to caulk it for me. Then called again after he left to remind me not to touch the caulking until it dried and that the sink still should be fixed properly to the countertop. Great people and great company. Thanks Earl!

Loved that they showed up wearing mask. Good communication both with office and on site plumber, Dennis. There was a major delay, because of a broken part but when everything was on site Dennis was scheduled in a timely manner to finish the job. As a very senior citizen, I especially appreciated the respect and up-to-date information regarding scheduling and product information. I am so happy I found Western (they were referred to us by an electrician) and hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, will confidently call them again. Gerrie R.
