After waiting 3 weeks for a scissor lift, I was called the day before and told it wasn't available. I explained the urgency of the situation and they were able to deliver the lift on time. Overall it would have been fine, except for the confusion on when my rental would be available.

I have rented lifts from United Rentals a number of times and each time the lifts worked well, were clean and they facilitated us in our painting as well as we expected. Their prices are competitive and their personal service is very good. I will continue to use them in the future.

United Rentals has several locations with my service area. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and efficient. And, United Rentals carries the tools and equipment we most frequently rent.
