Although Tesseract’s popularity alternatively rises and falls and rises again, etc., we still enjoy our Tesla Model Y, just as we had enjoyed our Model 3 before that… almost no problems, especially when compared to our ICE gasoline cars. These electrics are SO much better… and the few times we’ve gone in for service, it’s been great.::
Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and happy, no pushy sales tactics. The facility is clean and welcoming, likely the best car shopping experience we have ever had. Thank you to the whole team (especially David).
The place itself is very nice and the people there are helpful. Three stars because for all of the technology, there’s no way to just have my windshield wipers replaced through the app. On the app, I can buy all kinds of accessories and a new car but not do simple things like get new windshield wipers billions of dollars spent on AI and you can’t request new windshield wipers?
