I've used Sweets Chem Dry several times since 2007 and happy with the same technician which is the reason for 2 stars today instead of 1, but they cancelled on me last minute last week and again for today's rescheduled appt partway through my appt arrival time. I had already moved all my furniture for the cleaning!! With company arriving soon. They really didn't seem to care about the impact, their recurrent canceling, and couldn't schedule me this week for yet another rescheduled appt. The first carpet cleaning job they did wasn't fully up to snuff, then they cancelled three times on us for a second appointment. We're still waiting for them to come back and finish up.
They were quick and the carpets smelled and looked great afterwards! Appreciate them doing the stairs and even coming out to FG! Super nice and efficient!Only reason we did not give 5 stars is because all of the stains they cleaned all lifted to the surface again so the carpet looks dirty again ☹️Service: General carpet cleaning
