I had a 25yr old AC system (compressor and air handler) that needed replacing. I thought going with a heat pump made sense since my boiler for baseboard heat was also old. I solicited 3 bids. The bid from Specialty Heating was by far the most thorough. The salesperson, Eric, did a great job explaining all the details of his proposal. I was also impressed by the proposal’s scope of work. For example, the line set was going to be replaced rather than flushed, a new condensation pump would be installed and an electrician would be part of the installation team. Eric was extremely thorough in his initial assessment for the replacement of our furnace. The installation team was professional and courteous. They outlined what to expect during the installation. Could not be happier with the service. Will continue to recommend.
