Character building | Excellent for kidsWe've been coming here for about 2 months now and recommend this place. Our 5 yr old daughter officially enrolled in their 5-12yr old class, once a week, and loves it! Backstory:We checked out this place a few weeks before our daughter turned 5. She is always very nervous and hesitant to try anything new, especially when it's something she does on her own without us in the picture. So, this was a big step for us. I have looked at dozens of martial arts studios in the greater portland area - dont look any farther than RCW. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and personable. I attended their Thai boxing and JKD/Kali classes and can tell you it is an excellent place to learn. They have the required knowledge and understanding of their martial arts to teach beginners the fundamentals of an art and help experts refine what they already know. If you see this comment go give them a shot, i promise you wont be disappointed.

Awesome place for workout and very friendly coaches. No judgement and has been a great journey for me. I love this team they have helped me through a lot. Muay Thai and Brazilian juijitsu is where it’s at and I wouldn’t ask for a better set of groups.
