I want to start by emphasizing the legal obligation parents have to care for their children until they are of age. As a Californian who had my daughter in Oregon, we relied on the same doctor from birth until she turned 14. Unfortunately, our trusted doctor, Sandra Vilhauer, retired in fall 2023, leading us to seek a new primary care provider.

Upon entering their office, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and crowded. Seven employees at the check in area, 3 working on their computers and 4 others just chatting it up. Provider was nice but the ladies working the front reception were awful.

Came in this morning for immediate care. Got up to the counter and could tell the woman was instantly annoyed. She had no cheerful tone or spirit and when I asked a question, she seemingly rolled her eyes.

I was exhibiting symptoms at the counter and the woman sitting next to her just stared at me.

The other receptionist complained to a client how “Ughh, well today is Monday.”

You would think with 5 women being the first point of contact, at least half of them would have some type of courteous customer service.

If i can give them zero star, I will.

They scheduled me twice to come see Dr. Evagelia Baros. First time, they didn't tell me that they cancelled the appointment. I was there an hour before my appointment and the receptionist told me that my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled me to a different date. Today, I got a call telling me that AGAIN Dr. Evagelia Baros will need to cancel my appointment and do I want to see her in 2024!?!?!?!?

Run as far away as you can from this clinic. They are running a monkey business.
