Providence Bridgeport Family Medicine

I’ve been actively going to Bridgeport Providence for about 3 years and have to say that I’ve never been happier with a provider. Dr. Nancy Chang is quick to respond, compassionate and so wonderful to work with. I really feel like my care is a partnership. The admin and nursing staff are also so helpful, friendly and quick to respond, as are all the people I’ve encountered in other departments I’ve visited. I highly recommend this medical clinic.

I wouldn't usually do this. I usually only leave good reviews. But this was my 3rd strike with this medical office. Heres my experience: they told me my daughter was in the obese weight range in front of her. (Mind you this was coming off of covid quarantine and shes 9 and her body us in that awkward stage) Which was hurtful and inappropriate.They asked me what gender she identifies with when she was 8. Which I know is going to raise some hairs but unless that was a previous conversation is unnecessary to me.When I called today to speak to an advice nurse about my son. I asked if he was vaccinated. I really enjoy my PA-C. She goes the extra mile for me. Never makes me feel rushed or anything! I feel like she really cares abt me, I'm not just a number.The MA is pretty amazing too. She doesn't make me feel crazy for going in so much as I need to. She is always caring and supportive. I really like my team there. I see 3 people there and the MA that helps me!
