This was my second visit to Madison Reed Bridgeport and it was even better than the first. Tawny did an amazing job! She actually listened to my input about how my hair has historically responded to lightening and was knowledgeable enough to make the right choice of color to get the results I was looking for. She also did a great job on the application of the balayage. It looks great and I'm super happy with the results!
Pretty expensive, for what I received. I paid for root touch up and highlights, but didn't get any highlights. The color is darker than I was shown. I have called to discuss options for another treatment to lighten it up , I am even willing to pay for it, but sadly no one has returned my call. You are required to dry your own hair, again for the amount of money I paid I was disappointed that I had to stand there and dry my own hair, they don't even allow you to sit down and use their dryers.
Best hair color product on the market. None of the bad ingredients, cruelty free, non-irritating to scalp, leaves my hair looking great. I only wish they included blow drying like a regular salon. Part of the treat of going to a salon is having your hair dried and styled. The cost of the color is about the same as a lot of salons that include drying. To add drying it is very expensive. I also wish some day they would add stylists that can cut hair so I don't have to go to a separate salon for those services.
