Customer service is their top priority. We had a rather large project that got a little complicated so there was plenty of opportunity for them to say well, it is what it is. They did not. They immediately drove some baseboards out to our house when the first set were not the right ones, helped coordinate with installers when things got off schedule, covered some of the miscalculations from the installers, helped me load up more baseboard with 0 notice, and took care of any returns when the project was finished. I have an extreme aversion to 1/4 round and was able to not have to use it for our project. I could go on.Things happen with remodeling but LL was helpful... read full review

I am contractor that works with a plethora of vendors in the area and have always had a wonderful experience with LL Flooring. I high recommend them to my clients on a regular basis and shop there for my personal flooring needs as well.

Had a great experience with LL Flooring and especially at the Tigard location. Went there for some guidance on some flooring and the Sales rep helped us pick one out. The store did not have the amount of stock needed and was able to locate and arrange a pickup in time before closing! Great prices but even better customer service!
