We had a 30 year tile roof and had a leak. Most roofing companies couldn't detect any fault or made superficial fixes that didn't resolve the problem. Finally one roofing company recommended I talk to JBC as they were one of the best in tile roof. They are amongst the most thorough & knowledgeable about roofs and maintenance. They diagnosed the issue & fixed multiple breach points that were not obvious from the outside. They are very knowledgeable and knew where & what to look for.
